Is it on finance as I would also get the finance company involved.

The 1st c-hr I bought from a Toyota dealer I rejected after a week as the front camera refused to work properly and kept erroring out. They couldn't fix it so I rejected the car. They tried to talk me out of it, but I just sat there and refused. They eventually capitulated and found me a replacement vehicle and we did a swop. Id hold your ground with them, it's shocking customer service but unfortunately not surprising in this day and age.

As the issue is still on going and I feel that the staff maybe reading this at the dealership, so it may not be appropriate to post details of the dealer name. But I will provide this when it is appropriate. You are right that this business does need exposing to stop it from happening to other club members here.

Unfortunately, it is not being finances. I believe I got 30 days to reject the car if they don't fix it. I will get another dealer to look ok at it and see what they say before I take the rejection route.
