Can anyone throw any light on this subject, I've just bought this 2018 CHR excel 1.2 petrol, with full service history, with actually 7 stamps in the book and it's only covered 33k, 6 stamps by RRG Bolton the last one being on the 18/04/2024 by RRG and a new one when purchased from a none Toyota dealership, but in order to keep the relax warranty going I was going to go in April 2025 to Toyota. It has a stamp in April at 31k but the service history just says repair and no mention of service and the service sheet just says details T268 145 report.

If the last service was done by a non-Toyota dealer, they won't have access to Toyota's electronic service system, so won't be able to complete the service details. Also unless the car has just been bought used from a Toyota dealer, the Relax warranty won't be in force.

Possibly needs some clarification.

Another odd thing about the service history is that the 4th and 5th services are both marked as 'major', when the history should show alternate intermediate and full (major) services.

Because it was serviced by Toyota in April 2024 I would assume it is under the relax warranty as it's not due until April 2025 regardless of any service carried out between, as far as Toyota, they are not aware of the service it had carried out before I purchased it, I did notice it had 2 services back to back as major.

As you said, the copy of the service history doesn't show a service being done in April.

Think you need to clarify with RRG whether the work done in April was just a repair or a service? If a repair only, it may not be covered by Relax.

Problem solved, I contacted RRG and they have assured me the the car was serviced in April and the service side at Toyota is a bit more in depth does show the car being serviced. Because the CHR was sold through the trade the relax warranty is immediately cancelled and the new seller has to give a warranty but was advised even though it has just been serviced in order to bring it back into the relax warranty and to keep it's Toyota history up, was advised to take it to Toyota in April for service. The codes what I asked about T268 145 report are prep codes what the dealer uses before going for sale so no issue there.
