Time cannot be adjusted automatically!

I bought my car in 2023 March.  I found that the time cannot be adjusted automatically for the winter standard time and the summer/daylight saving time.  At first, I thought that I did not set  the settings correctly.  I checked with my salesman and set accordingly.  But in the recently standard time change, it still did not change automatically.  

Attached please find a photo showing my settings on the time.  Please advise if I set it wrongly or not.  Or should I need more other settings?

PS: I am from BC, Canada
