A few Rav4.3 issues I need to resolve

Hi all, hope you can help with my issues and where to look?

Our 2.0 petrol 4.3 rav4 is just ticking over to 150k miles and a few niggles have popped up:

1. Knocking from steering wheel when changing direction - doesn't look like drop links or tie rod ends - suspect steering rack?  Are they known to fail around 150k miles?

2. Just once when my partner was driving and pulling away, the engine and dash lights went off as if it had stalled, but nothing came back up.  She cycled the ignition and it all came back up as if rebooting and engine started.  It hasn't happened since, but I'm worried about her driving it now in case it does it when she's doing greater speeds.  Any ideas?

3.  Reverse lights have just stopped working as have the reverse sensors buzzer - which direction should I investigate for this?

4.  Dry bearing type sound coming from left hand pulley side of the engine, but not sure if waterpump, alternator or tensioner?  Sound just seems to be coming from the general area, any ideas on investigation?

The car has been absolutely brilliant upto now, but it's obviously of an age that a few bits need sorting, right when money is tight!
