Front left side knocking noise while driving.

Well while the car in the stand by and engine on when I pulled the steering wheel to the right and released I could hear a knocking noise on the left side possibly near the tire area, anyway while driving the car, and hit small potholes I can hear that knocking noise again and it sounds quite annoying, also no issues while hitting big potholes or bumps. 

Lastly, I do wonder if there is anyone on here who can recommend a garage where to take my car near the Castleford area as I've put this issue to a garage near to me and they told me that they're not touching hybrids.
