Locking wheel nut product code

Hi,
I was going to ask the garage to rotate my wheels while it's in getting yet another back box and also middle section today but I couldn't find the locking wheel nut where it's supposed to be. I've found the original box they came in. The label has product code PZ4AK-EV908-00. Is this code specific to the lock pattern? There are a couple of listings of used original sets on eBay but they look they could be different which made me unsure.

A bit more searching around suggests that it doesn't identify the pattern. I guess I'll be sending a photo to one of these other eBay sellers

Oh, what's this... found the pre-delivery service check sheet which has "L/WHEEL 387" on it
