Calling all LC Guru's. Brakes pulsate intermittently

Hi all. I have a KDJ150R LC5 2009 RHD with KDSS  and rear pneumatic suspension not springs. I feel pulsation when braking intermittently. Just had my brakes serviced and my driver's side front disc has a scour and slight warp so I am going to replace front discs and pads to solve the issue for my MOT which is due in a few weeks. However I have also noticed my car's ride is rather bouncy and warped discs can sometimes be linked to poor shocks. It has done 170k miles so I have decided to replace rear shocks as the bounce seems to be felt far more at the rear. Now the fun finding rear shocks. I had quotes for genuine Toyota parts and the cheapest I have are 48530-69535 – £773.00 each (48530 / 48540) plus VAT! I am finding this a little bit of a p*ss take to be honest. I know by not getting OEM they probably wont last as long but given the mileage of my car so far I realistically need it to maybe give me another 100K miles so was thinking I may go for unbranded replacements. The ones I am thinking of getting are: 2PC REAR AIR SHOCK STRUT FOR TOYOTA LAND CRUISER 150 J15 LEXUS GX460 48530-69535 | eBay. If I was to buy and fit these would I need Toyota to do any reprogramming or would they simple sync up and work? Any advice appreciated.
