I have rotated my HUD to the max using the settings menu but it is still not completely horizontal and plays with my OCD😆

It needs to go a touch further clockwise. Can the dealer adjust it beyond the settings I have available?

not sure if it is slightly worse since having a new screen fitted.

Mine is same... Yaris goes a little further clockwise.

I also checked another Excel at the dealer and exactly the same.

I know exactly what you mean, feels like it needs just 1 or 2 clicks further. Now I know it's expected, I can ignore. It's also not as sharp/clear as the Yaris.

I'd like mine as far up as possible but find the alignment and clarity is better near the bottom.

Glad it's not just me 😂

Possibly similar on mine, however, I think that it's an optical effect caused by the curve/slope of the dash & the projection itself really is level with the road.

Yes, it isn't so bad if you ignore the slope of the dash and the projector housing but still not as straight as I would like. I avoid driving up to brick walls as it distresses me to see it out of kilter with the bricks and mortar😂
