GR Sport shock absorber on back order

I bought my GR sport in July 2022 and I also paid for a service agreement and spent over £50,000. On the 20th September I took it for its first service at my local Toyota dealership I was told there was a leaking shock absorber, but they didn't have one in stock and would have to order it. At this point I would have expected to get a call a few days later at the most. A week later I called the dealer and was told the part was on order but they had no information on when it would be delivered. A week after that I was told the same thing. Another week went by and they still had no information on the part which is a serviceable item. I was getting quite annoyed by this point, the manager told me I should ring Toyota head office as I might be able to move things along a bit faster than they could. I rang customer services and told them I have got the most expensive vehicle I have ever bought sat on my drive and I can't use it and they need to do something about it, they organized a curtesy vehicle which to be fair is a Hi Lux. When I exchanged the vehicles I was told the part is due to arrive at the end of November. Today 08th November I had a call from the dealer and was told there is now no information on my part and they have no idea when it is going to arrive. I then rang head office again and they told me it was on back order which is the highest priority but they also have no idea when it will arrive. Until now I couldn't fault the Hilux my previous vehicle was an invincible X also brilliant, if I knew they couldn't get serviceable items like shock absorbers I would have bought a Ford Raptor.
