If it doesn’t means your car has automated manual transmission MMT instead of a proper automatic like CVT for example.
All automatics except these like mmt dsg some models doesn’t creep forward and they are more difficult to control at slow speeds.
You need to double check your car exact specs , engine and transmission.

the only Mk3 to have an MMT was the 1.4 diesel

1.3 GX iirc makes it a NZ car (Japanese built) that will have the 2NZFE 1.3 and U441e conventional 4 speed automatic

yes, it should creep, check the fluid colour

Thank you so much for the reply. I just bought the car from toyota, its just 1week old with me. Is it possible that its just something from the settings, i mean maybe i have pressed something inside the car? Sorry really zero knowledge about cars ☹️ appreciate your reply

Not sure you can press anything by mistake to make it not creeping forward except parking brake or the car has brake issues, like binding pads due to a stuck pistons or slider pins on brake callipers. Best to request the place that you have bought the car to check the brakes for you, especially if the car been stood unsed for a while. Look each wheel for reddish dust dirt on the inside rim.
