2003 Camry V6 XLE - Engine Not Turning Troubleshooting Help

I'm at my wits end here so I figured I'd try going online on a few different forums to find a solution.
Have a 2003 Camry XLE V6 where the engine suddenly stopped turning.
So far I've tried the following:
Confirmed there is gas in the car
Checked Battery is good
Replaced Starter
Replaced Ignition Lock Cylinder
Replaced Ignition Switch behind the Lock Cylinder
Checked all fuses in both fuse boxes(all are good)

I'm thinking of just hiring a mechanic at this point but am also about to sell the car so would like to avoid putting any unnecessary funds into it but the only results I could find online for the engine not turning are the things I've already tried above.

To clarify the key in the lock cylinder turns and I can get it into the on position - all lights and everything else in the car works but when I turn from on to start there isn't even a click. Is there some area I'm missing that I could check myself that I've ignored up until this point?

Thanks in advance for any help

It could be a poor connection at the battery/starter motor or at the earth to chassis connection. I recommend using a multi meter to check the voltage at the Battery & then at the ignition switch terminal of the starter motor when you try to start it. If both points show little dip in voltage from 12v when you try to start then your replacement starter motor is faulty.
