New Infotainment unit making a double beep noise

Hi,

I replaced my infotainment unit in my 2015/16 hybrid Toyota Yaris, the new part is perfect, works really well with good quality screen. I broke the screen on previous one. Only problem is it makes random double beep noises and if i have the volume loud the beeps make you jump!
I can not see any pattern, one person suggested alert for speed cameras but it doesn't appear to be this. Someone else suggested an anti theft device as it is a second hand unit?

any advice on this would be greatly received
