Very subtle shaking when in idle?

I’m parked up in my father’s 2007 Estima Hybrid. I’m feeling the most subtle of jerking, as if the cars pulling forward. It’s the same in both P and Drive. This is after a cold start. I drove it for 1.8miles before parking. As I type this now, the jerking seems to have stopped. Has anyone experienced this?
