Quadlock issue with Carplay for my Toyota Aygo 2013

Hi guys

 

I've recently bought a Carplay for my 2013 Aygo : https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005003424247558.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.41.57515e5bJsbozd&gatewayAdapt=glo2fra

But my car as Quadlock connector, while the Carplay screen works with ISO.

I tried two different adapters but none of them have worked... The screen doesn't turn on.

The issue is that the white part (BLOCK B) on the quadlock isn't connecting to anything when I use the adapter. You can see the issue in the pics below.

 

I think all I need to do is to find the right adapter (40 pins? idk, I'm no expert at this...)

Apparently that's the type of quadlock my stock radio (86120-YV010) used : https://connector.pinoutguide.com/40__16_12_12__pin_Head_Unit_Car_Stereo_Quadlock/

So I think I need to find an adapter that's similar to this, but it's been super difficult!!

Maybe you guys can help, that would be amazing.

I can still simply send back the screen I bought but I'd rather find a way to make it work, cause it's been super frustrating!
