Warning Lamp On message

I forgot to ask this previously - The other day about 60 miles into a drive, when it was starting to get dark, a message came up over the top of the map on the touchscreen saying something like Warning Lamp On and giving the option to press for details, confirm or discard - At the time I was on my own in an area i didnt know, moving traffic at a point where I needed the navigation visible so had to quickly press discard thinking there would be a way to get back to it later.... there were no warning lights on on the dash or internal lamps on and I haven't been able to find details anywhere in the app or within the cars touchscreen system since so I have no idea what it was about - has anybody else had this message?
