Power off delay

Hey again,

I suspect the answer is going to be no for this one. On my old S-Max the Accessory socket/cig lighter turned off 15 minutes after the engine was shut off and the radio switch off once the door was opened after the engine was off. On my new verso (Avensis Verso 2015) the radio and accessory socket cut off the moment the key enters the off position which is quite annoying. I also wired my Dashcam in my previous car to the accessory fuse so that once the car is powered off it continued recording for a few more minutes. I also noticed the windows and mirror stop working the moment the key goes off which again worked until I opened the door on my old s-max.

Is there anyway to get this functionality back even if it is just for the accessory socket?
