DAB radio logos issue

All, 

 

I have recently bought a 2023 Aygo X, and upon turning on the radio, have found that there are no station logos appearing. I have tried manual tuning, which did make an image appear on one of the local stations briefly and then disapear, I have got cover art and slide show enabled, I have also taken the car to the dealership recently for a couple other issues, and they told me "that's just the way it is", which I know is utter BS due to the point above.

I have looked online and have found that you can download all the UK logos, but Don't believe this is required.

 

Any help is appreciated.
