How easy is fitting springs? Do u need any special tools? Me and my mechanic mate were thinkin of attempting mine wen I get some! Is a 1 litre remember!

you need a set of spring compressors to get the old ones off safely ( 3 is best ) , and possibly to put the new ones on , being shorter you dont generally need them to put the lowered springs on.just be very carefull with the front struts as there is a bearing and things in the top which you must put back in the correct order , the rears are straight forward . just take your time and you'll be ok.its good advice to leave 1 side intact untill you do the other so as you can see what goes where and how,also crack the nuts on top of the struts before you take them away from the car unless you have air tools . :thumbsup:

Fitting spring isnt a hard job and can be done in a couple of hours

easily. read the guide...
