We bought our BZ4X in March and love the car to drive. However, after taking it to Spain and Portugal where the satnav behaved perfectly, we brought it back and took it to the dealership to have our second key linked to the car, since that time the satnav has failed repeatedly. When we put in a destination it returns 'No results were found'. In addition the map intermittently goes blank with no roads shown at all. We have taken it back to the dealership 5 times and, firstly they just deleted the history, it worked until we stopped the car and started again, same problem. Then we were told that the satnav wouldn't work unless both phones were linked to the car, we did this, it worked until we stopped the car and started again, same problem (this in itself doesn't make sense as we had no problem with the satnav without the phones linked until we had the second key linked). The last trip to the dealership has resulted in them saying we have to use Google maps as they cannot find the fault. Has anyone else experienced similar problems??
