Landcruiser 150 3rd row seat removal

Hi Guys, I have a 2010 Landcruiser 150 , with a faulty Right side rear seat , that refuses to go up or down . It is electrically operated but no response just beeps away. The left side seat works perfect. I have tried to remove the seat but unable to do so as I can’t reach the bolts . I manually tried to do the seat up but I can’t get the lower part out as it’s electrically operated and I’m stuck. Does anyone know how I can get the bottom part of the seat out of this position. many thanks
