Says my car is back at the dealers!

I took delivery of a brand new Corolla on Friday. MyToyota app all set up nicely and I can see my car status and journeys. Last night I got a notification saying the car had been removed from my account and upon logging on it was back in the "on order" process with the car apparently ready to collect at the dealer. Any idea how I go about getting it back in the app properly?
