What Power Is Achievable For A Rev2 Turbo

ok, im sat at home bored and as my mind started to wander it didnt take long to come round to the topic of my mr2 turbo. I love the car, BUT as the weeks go by im starting to get used to the power and now, as the speed freak i am, are craving more.

My aim is 300 - 400+ BHP but how on earth do i get this and will it be really expensive - i dont really care on the price, ill just save!! :D

Could someone please give me an idiots guide to beefing my cars power up and also what brake, suspension etc etc mods will also be needed. Im going for looks at 1st BUT it will be a great help to know exactly what is needed for the next part of my project.
