Mine has to be not letting my voice show any change in emotion when I speak to policyholders who have been drink driving or caused a serious accident when it simply could've been avoided, speaking to people who are foreign and speaking to the Norwich Union India Call Centre - you have to ask them a question 4 times before they understand.

Mine would have to be trying to book appointments with people/companies to view my range of sensors for the automation production industry. We are technically not salesmen, but professional technicians that also sell... If that makes any sense

Once we have an appointment and they see what we're about they realise, we are not double-glazing-window-salesmen

Reading my boss's mind to fing out what I'm meant to be doing. He's in HK at the moment so the distance isn't helping ;)

Oh yeah, and putting up with with the noisy graphic designer at the other end of my office. I agree with Ford Prefect - if she ever shuts her mouth then her brain might start working...

Just flicked through the job pages - I prefer mine to any of the alternatives :(
