Ra28 Celica Rebuild

im rebuilding my celica and need a new engiine. what is the best/quickest that will bolt straight in. id like a turbo if possible

is an SR20 conversion possible??

If you're in Oz then a 1ggte engine would a a simple conversion.

hey. i'm in melbourne and own a 77' ra28 also. if you find a good motor/easily installed, please chek back in! i would be grateful to find out what u use and how much, also where you found it.

also looking for many other parts.

1ggte is a twin turbo 2 litre 6 cylinder engine found in certain supras, soarers etc roughly between 1986 and 1992. These engines also come with a supercharger (1ggze) or normally aspirated (1gge). These engines are very common in Oz and you should be able to pick one up fairly cheaply. Here is then UK they are quite scarce but can be found if you know where to look.
