Hean Unit Error Codes

Can any one point me to the error codes for a head unit in a RAV4 please?

My CD changer fails to load from slot 4 and the head unit shows an error code 4, or some times 5. What does this mean?

I am sure the error codes are in the Owners Manual mine is not to hand if not I sure someone will be along to tell us :)

I had tried the manual but it only shows errors 1 through 4 and doesn't mention error 5!

At first I thought it was just a couple of dodgy CD's but they all load fine on another changer unit and play fine in multpile players. Guess I'll just have to get Toyota to look at it when the car has it first service in a few weeks!
