Spamming, Old Topics And Junk Posting

Please can we be a little more cautious and respectable using these forum boards

''old topics'' you are more than welcome to browse through the old topics to look up information on anything you desire but please do check when the topic was first started. (which is done by looking at the top of the very first post) and if its dated more than 6 months ago (unless still with high relevance) then please refrain from posting in such topics as this bumps them back to the top of the list and knocks out more recent convos that people are staying up to date with

''single member posts'' if you have a certain question for a certain member please use the PM system! its a waste of space to post an entire new topic just for the sake of one person!

''forum category'' please use this forum to post topics related to the yaris. anything else should be left to general forums, audio visual, for sale etc etc... using the excuse ''i only use this forum'' is not acceptable. this board is structured in a certain way and should be utalised. ignoring this structure will mean you topic is moved without warning and deleted if it is rubbish

''search'' if you have a question about a common problem, ie wheels, induction kits etc.. please use the search forum feature instead of posting the same question again! im pretty sure the answer will be out there if you spend a few minutes reading. if your question is still not 100% answered then post a new topic or if it is still relevant to an old topic then post there but please refer to the ''old topics'' first

''posting rubbish and meaningless posts/topics'' this should include using a single smiley for a post so be careful. this isnt tolerated and constant abuse of this term by any member will be dealt with
