Brill got that sorted!! Now.... question time im sorry! :P Ages ago i got toyota to fit me some rear Speakers but they were really crappy so i replaced them but kept the same wiring... now im thinkin lets change that wiring. The speaker cable goes into this Halfords adapter/connector thingy. But on my new cd player there is like phono leads that say rear and front on. Can i use these instead? Pressumbly just cutting off the old wiring? Cheers

The (bell) wire fitted in standard cars is cheap and nasty and generaly not good for anythink changing the speaker cable can completly change the way you'r system sounds

Just look at any good home audio web site and you'll see speaker cable varies from £1 meter to £40-£50 meter

Some times you'll find just buying some decent cable will give just as good results as buying a better set of Speakers
