Yeh the new laws came in Jan 2004 didn't they?

Can ya still do dark smoke? 65% isn't it? I thought it was light smoke (35%) only now? Maybe I got lost.

i think you'r right but i cant be bothered with new law.. and ill claim that i put em on ages ago....

there is no P"proper" law, it depends on how tight the copper wants to be really...

Yeh. But really if you do about 60% they cant really do much if its built into the glass, cause if you get it done professional job, the company gets the blame not you (i belive)

Im sure loads of cars have heavier tints than 35% anyway even as standard.

O rite, I always thought they "replaced" the glass with tinted versions.

I guess when its done professional and its like £200 they take the glass out of the fittings and wrap the film over the edges slightly to make it a perfect fit.

On eBay for £30 can get windows tinted and the film is sent all laser cut to precision for your car,so its just a matter of applying it. Seems pretty good.

The username is Auto Tint or something I think.

so what's ur decision matt? dark smoked all around the rear?? Trust me, it's like looking through a pair of sun glasses, so u can see from the inside. If ur worried about it being too dark, then go for a lighter tint. Mine are giving out about 17% light at my rears, but it doesnt look that dark to be honest.
