What Size Are These?

Yuk, look like 16's, maybe 17's (hard to tell with that style). Very wide tho.

hmm, rims that style can be deceiving. But your probably right. I'm saying 16's as they look just a bit too big for 15's.

I would think so unless he has super solid suspension which is unlikely! Over a bump and the tyre is off the arch!

isnt that illigal to have wheels sticking out further than the wheel?

the tyre has to be inside the arch.

so if you stretch the tyre wall the wheel rim can be sticking out slightly but the plod wont like it LOL
