Blacked Out Rear Lights

Hey everyone, i have an update, sprayed up my rear lights the same colour as my car, using the same car paint as my car. Thought i'll share some pics with ya.

I think someone asked me about my front light bulbs too, so i'll just post them up, the purple side lights didn't come out too well on the photos.

That's very, very dark, does it not affect the brightness of the lights too much?

Very nice color tone on the fronts when you have the headlamps on!

Both highly illegal things where I live.

You have such a superbly nice car , sure you don't wanna trade against my Tercel, instant classic et all. :D

Yeah there is 6 layers of car paint on there that i had it done ina garage. I was going to use tail light tint spray and do it myself. But now it's all smooth like my cars body :P but i really have to watch out for the police as they don't like this sort of thing done to cars.

Iam using Cosmos super blues two tone xenon crystal high power bulbs 100/90w 12v for my main front bulbs, which u can find online, plus my sidelights are 4LED purplely/blue color.

i'm wanting to tint the rollas rear lights in red but dont know how to do it as not sure how it'd come out if i used car paint. hmmm

Ive got mine tinted red and the indicators only flash red if you put more than

3 coats of paint on them... like i did :D

I bought red tint spray from a local car accesories shop (not folia tec stuff)

for £12, Its very easy to use.

Just make sure your lights are clean and free from wax.

I think I'll have to try Matt's Pinstripe idea first when I've got tha patience, and if that goes belly up I'll then try the black tint spray.

would increasing the bulbs brightness help keep Police at bay?

I'll see if a scrap yards got some similar light's to practice on

rich - was chattin with matt at mk and the shape and direction of the plastic on our rollas would apparently make them look cack. get ur lights tinted black instead

Black strips on headlights, Black alloys, black tint's on side windows, black sunstrip front and rear, black rear lights (Soon), devil horns. I guess I'm trying to get rid of the nice car image. :).
