Arghh Need Help Please Please...

My car has a poorly :( . Drove it about 150 mile round trip yesterday and it was fine. Driving to work this morning I went to overtake and when i put my foot down it just shuddered and burbled.

It is mainly between 2,000 and 3,500 rpm but doesnt really clean up after that either.

Ive tried redex injection cleaner and took it out for a run but its no better :(

Where about is the fuel filter? I think either this or the injectors are glogged. Most of the time it seems to rev ok in nuetral but once or twice it does miss a little.

(its book in for a diagnostic on wed morning but i wouldnt mind changing the fuel filter 1st to see if that helps but i canny find it )

Oh and its a J reg pop up light celica cant remember what gen as it hurts to think about it!!

Any help at all is appreciated as I am feeling very down in the dumps. Plus there will be a reward for the person that helps!!!!! (not sure how you will get it!!)

the fuel filter should be under the bonnet on the passenger side around the airfilter region., but thats going off the gen 6 --- very high pressure lines so please be carefull and tighten it all up properly as this is often the cause of many an engine fire.
