New Axles Installed On 87 Camry - Thump?

Install new axles om my mom's 87 Camry. Now once underway I am hearing/feeling a thumping just as I let off or depress the accelerator. I can't feel any play in the axles. Any ideas?

Did you make sure the hub nut that holds the drive shaft to the hub was torqued up properly, they are normally very high torque figure. (This is the nut right in the centre, not the wheel/lug nuts)
