Low Temp Sports Thermostat

have been looking at the fensport site and they have a low temperature sports thermostat.

what do they do and what are the advantages?

also how much should i be paying for uprated spark plugs?

A low temp thermostat is one which activates your cooling fan at a lower temp (70 deg rather than 90 for example).

Not sure on the advantages apart from the obvious - keeping things cooler.

Dont think there would be any point changing the stat on the 4afe dude as it's not a sporty engine

summer stats are good for the summer ,they keep the car alot cooler as they open sooner , nothing at all to do with the cooling fan - you could try Iridium plugs here http://www.spark-plugs.co.uk/

I am 24 dude in jan when I insured the car I was 23 so hopefully next year it will be cheaper

Talking about insurance I think that the g6r is in a higher insurance group then the SR also even though the spec is nearly the same bhp and so on forgetting the 6th gear ;) I think the SR is in group 9 and the g6r is in 10-11 as it is classed as the sporty model of the ae111 corolla :P :P hahah

Ah say no more ...i hated not being old enough to drive, now i am and can i hate not being old enough to get cheap insurance :ffs:

Suppose in time it will come...but in the meantime il skin myself for my car ;) :D
