hi

I searched on internet and found k406 . silica is used in that tyre.

the new chevrolet lacetti or bigger sedans sold in turkey have k406 V-rated tyres. these events made thi tyres popular to me. I have winter tyres . for that reason ı planned to buy these tyres. do you still think they are wrong choice.

another question is :

are h-rated tyres more comfortable than v-rated tyres ( if we talk on the same size and brand)

does tyre wear differ ? do h-rated tyre has a longer life?

because they become harder slowly

thanks

The rating of the tyre is the manufacturers garantee of the speeds the tyre is safe to (if that makes sense)

H = up to 130mph

V= up to 149mph

ZWY = 150+mph

I would stay away from Hankook. Go for decent Goodyear, Pirelli, Toyo or something of that quality.
