Timing Belt On 7a-fe

HI I have a toyoto Celica Gen 6 1.8 ST We took the engine out and changed the piston rings, head gasket etc. Just putting it all back together and I dont have a clue how to adjust the timing belt on it.. Can anyone direct me to a link or web page or advise me.. I have the Chiltons Celica Manual but it doesnt go into much depth at all re: the 7A-FE timing.. Thanks
