New Purchase

Hi,

Due to a expanding family I have recently purchased A 1993 previa GL Are their any pitfuls i.e servicing costs,

etc in owning these vehicles?

(At present I am very happy with my purchase apart from the fuel consumption!!! aahhhhh!!)

you made a bad choice buying a petrol because i fill my previa up and i do 12 miles then it has the emty light on

What other choices are there? I didn't think Toyota produced a UK diesel?

Hi droolain welcome 2 the previa club :)

Yeah fuel costs are high when driving inner city, but on the motorway they average out nicely.

There are some gadgets on the market that can help with fuel costs but its up to you if you think they might help you. I`m just getting an ecotek valve which should help the fuel costs over the coming year hopefully.

could you recommend anywhere on-line that supplies toyota/previa parts? One I've come across is www.previaparts.com the company is american and I am unsure if they ship to the UK.

also had this prob getting car parts ... americans have some nice alternative car parts for the previa but getting them is hard.. i found a oxygen sensor in the usa that cost about 50 dollars but in the uk it would set u back about 200 pounds and they are the same make :( .
