i'm thinking to apply 6M/T from celica GT-S in my 1 nz, any body have done this before? where can i get the in formation of C64 transmission including its picture?

I dont think it can be done.

I do know that the 5 speed corolla/celica box will fit (just)

but not the 6 speed.... although that yaris with the celica GT-s Engine conversion must have had it in it so.... i dunno

C162 gearbox (as in corolla G6R), it's linkages and the shifter assembly (you'll have to machine a "baseplate" for it), you'll also need the clutchplate and pressure plate and slave cylinder from the C162. Driveshafts will have to be remade for it.
