Southern Meet Pics

Sat at Leigh Delamere services at 9.50am this morning. I’m convinced no one is going to turn up, especially as it’s just started to rain. Suddenly, there is a roar coming towards us as 2 supras pull into the car park. By the time we’ve had out breakfast and return to the car, there’s a celica and another supra added to the collection.

Heading off to Bowood, me leading the convoy …. in a carina. You can tell the guys behind are begging to floor it, if only for a short while. We finally get there, and as we pull into the field to park, Baz (Mad Welshman) goes sidewards, pulling up next to us briefly, with the biggest smile on earth

Ian turns up soon after, closely followed by the reading boys. Minutes after pulling up, Ben pulls out a four pack and starts drinking, while Lee decides to climb through a metal fence with barbed wire on it to go into the bushes (little does he realise there’s a café across the field with toilets in lol).

Inside momentarily to eat doughnuts while it pours down, and we return to find a corolla, AND Ryan’s shiny new car. Ian decides to take us all off to the pub, managing to loose me and John in his corolla along the way (thanks for pulling over guys ;) ), as well as over half to convoy by the time we reached the pub

11 cars and 16 people came if Im not mistaken, was a good turn out considering I wasn’t expecting anyone to!!
