Import Insurance

I've been looking around this and a few other site trying to find out some infomation on Supras, so far I found out their major diffrences, but one thing I dont know is why are imports more expensive to insure than UK spec models?

Just wondering as I might have to wait a long time to find a nice UK spec Spura insted of an import.

thats a bit hard as you have to register the car on uk tax....

It will show up on car details as an import??

If you dont say your car is an import on your insurance when it is, then your insurance is null and void

u cant jsut not say its an import in insurance companies eyes its like when u calll up for an imported supra u say its a celica its a different car for them and u will not be covered by insurance
