Vacuum Switching Valve

my check engine light has been on for a few months,(trouble code p0401) i replaced the EGR valve last week and still the same problem. Im thinking i might be the vsv valve(vacuum switching valve). can someone let me know where this is located and if it is possible to clean or do i have to buy a new one

1998 toyota camry 2.2L auto.
