actually you can get a simoni outer leather bit for the yaris comes in blue /black red/black green/black etc...got one from motorworld in the uk ..you just stitch it on comes with instructions looks good

Nah .. i think its just tilted to one side ..

If you tilt your head slightly it becomes alright!
