more than likely 13cm if theyre standard!! and you get them out by hacksawing your door panel off and buying a new one!

only joking, you take the door panel off!! unscrew the one by the door release handle, and unscrew the one in the handle which ud used to pull the door closed, undo the two plastic screws on the side nearest the inside of the car (turn them right 90 degrees and they should pop out) then you start pulling the door panel off as theres little plastic things holding it to the door, so all you do is yank it, theres about 10 of them located around the edge of the door. then once its loose, get down on your back and look up the door panel, pulling it outwards so you can see the window winder handle (if you have one) then undo the spring off it and door panel comes off!!
