What Car Did You Learn To Drive In?

Recommended Posts

My first driving experience was in a Volvo S40. Had a couple of lessons with my bro-in-law before I started lessons with an instructor.

With my instructor, I learnt in a black Pug 206 1.6 (Can't remember model, but it was the model under the GTi).

First ever driving experience was sittin on my dads lap in his old montego turbo in a field. I couldn't reach pedals so just steered :P First proper driving was in one of the three cars (cant remember which came first) 1. my dads focus 2l zetec on an airfield he hired for tyre test day for his motorclub, 2. a 2l sierra excop car (still with lights :)) on a gravel area near the before mentioned airfield on a gravel autotest, 3. a civic Type S at a marie curie cancer drive experience day. I'm quite lucky as i have driven in quite a few other cars aswell and only recently turned 17.

I'm learning for real now and thats in an AA brand new Ford Focus 1.6. Test booked for end of may! :D
