I sometimes get that in my headlamps, the best thing I find is to use a hairdryer which will clear it quick but mine do clear eventually of their own accord

I'm not a Toyota owner myself, but I am a tuner.

My friend has a 00 celica, and experiences condensation often as well. From what I gather, this has a higher tendency to happen with hyper-white bulbs, (piaas in his case) or aftermarket bulbs with a higher output. I'm not too sure there's anything you can really do about it.. You can re-seal your headlight housing, caulk works.. but if you're in a less than ideal air/humidity area, you may be chasing your tail. To get the condensation out, use a blowdryer for a minute or two.
