How do i get the rear lights off?

1. take cover off inside boot

2. undo bolt

3. ..................

just tried pulling off and something was stopping it, a black box with wires going into it, and it wouldnt fit through the gap!

help needed

i have a cheap way of tinting the rear lights, il explaing when iv got lights off!!

Undo the wiring harness before you pull it out!

by unplugging do you mean as in pull the black box?

Don't take offence Breezer, just make sure the cheap way of tinting the lights doesn't end up looking cheap, if you get what I mean. Take it easy with those wires too!

what black box??

its a white plug in a grey socket and is mounted on one of the actual bulb holder (the brake/driving light to be specific)

yeh!! i just pushed the metal bar in on the black plugs and pulled out!! and voila!

within 5 minutes i have smoked/tinted lights!! :D :D :D to match my tinted windows which i got done today :D :D

i did it well!! nice and tight, no clicks in material!! and no-one would know unless ya told em! im a perfectionist...and its done to my high standard, so obviously looks nice!!
