Rattling Windows

Hiya All,

I've got a 6 month old 3 door Yaris T3 and the windows are rattling!! It's only started recently..I had the driverside window open a bit today and it was rattling all the time..it sounds like it's gonna fall down!

I'm off work next week so I shall I go to MrT and see what they say?? Any idea's on what it could be?

mine does the same, its only when you've got it about half open, i think it because its a large window and at speeds it vibrates alot. it need the frame to support it. It doesn't rattle slightly open or near fully open.

yeah the shear size of the glass pane (it is big!) doesnt help when it opens and comes away from the 'frame' of the door

unless its a really serious rattle in which case it may have come loose from the runners then take it to the big 'T' and have it sorted

to check open the window half way and try and lift it by the hand. if it does move then worst fear is confirmed. (dont be too violent or youll pull it out completely!)
