The ecu you want is it for a AT or MT engine?? Maybe i have one for sale.

I will hopefully have a spare 2 plug 4E-FTE ECU soon.

I have a loom from an EP91 (3 plug ECU) but the ECU is on its way to the Netherlands.

hmm 3 plug or 2 plug, summin i totally forgot about. gotta check it out but i think i might be 3, but have to check, but its for manual trans. Is the 4e-fte loom much different from the 5e-fe from a '97 'seo? if not i may just need the ecu that will fit mine (which i will check again), but i might take the loom anyway even if it is pretty much the same.

If anyone wants to send me a quote for them plus delivery to SE18 in London, my e-mail is el_gitto@hotmail.com (well the one I'll post anyway)

i'll get back with what version i need.

Cheers

Geoff

You should use the Paseo loom as the basis, and use the Starlet loom to pinch plugs from.

hmm i was thinkin of going for 350cc, like summin off a supra, reckon they're to big?

yea I'll prolly use me loom and pinch bits like you said, still aint check the ecu will get to when i stop working so **** long.

Going off the point a bit, anyone ever managed snap the bolt holding their a/c compressor on the block, i did it the other day, kinda funny really, but anyway this results in temporarily having no power steering (or air con), but i would say if anyone wants to have a bit more of a driving experience and more stable motorway driving, not to mention (well i reckon...) a bit more responce from the engine take your aux belts off, give it a go, parking is a bit of a bugger but possable if you, can even still palm steer round abouts.
