Windom Drive Shaft Problems

I have a '92 Windom 3.0g 68000 k's on clock, in 01/2003 I had the inner driveshaft hex bolts(shaft to differential bolts) work loose and one fall completely off. after taking it to reputable garage here in chch NZ and having it checked for balance and bolt tightened and loctited in they have worked their way loose again 3 months later.

Does anybody have any ideas as to why this would happen as the mechanic, my dealer and myself are all drawing blanks

steve,

bolts are rounded on the outside allen key bolts with 3

bridge type washers each held by 2 bolts. I could as a last resort try to weld them but it still baffles me why they are working loose and I haven't heard of anyone else having similar problems
