I used to get through a litre of smirnoff every 2 days....

just sitting about and drinking for the hell of it.... if I wasn't totally off my face I felt restless and stressed, and couldn't sleep...

Maybe when you get to that stage you can start worrying!!!!

These days I only drink when I go out......
