Lowered The Car Just Cant See Where Im Going

Hello again ive just got in after a scary drive. I had my car lowered at the weekend and now my headlights only light up the road about 10yds in front of me (down the lanes around here this is not a good thing) ive taken a good look under the bonnet and cant see any visible way of adjusting the beam like there is on most cars (or am i being blind) I really need to get this sorted (cheaply i.e diy) soon. Is there any way of doing this without any specialist tools etc? all help will be very very much appreciated.

Any mot station can do it for you mate,

Its a 2 minute job and they probably wont even charge you for it

Probably a dumb question to ask but have you adjusted the angle of the beam using the switch inside the car near the handbrake??
